Abscess : You may have an abscessed tooth. You should see your dentist or your doctor for an evaluation.

Viral: This could be a viral infection. Usually only one bump would be present if this was from an abscess. See your dentist for an evaluation.

Possibly: Could be from abscessed (infected) tooth/teeth (bad), virul or fungal infection (not so bad) , or one of hundreds of other causes. To be diagnosed, and then properly treated, you need to be physically examined by a Professional, a Dentist, not a computer keyboard. Please call your Dentist immediately. Tooth abscess can be quite serious.
