Had mycoid cyst removed 6 weeks ago. area is still red but healed i can move it normally. just a little sore. is this normal?

Probably: You don't say exactly where this was. Generally, things should be pretty well healed after 6 weeks, but redness may persist quite a bil longer. Keep a close eye on it and it should continue to gradually improve.
