How to reduce pain from sore wrist after ganglion cyst surgery ? Had surgery July 10 2014
I'm still in pain a year after having a ganglion cyst removed from my left wrist. My wrist feels weak and painful when picking things up and bending my wrist. It feels the same as a month after surgery. Why could I still be having pain?
I'm assuming what I have is a ganglion cyst on my wrist. The only problem I have is that I can't wear my watch. It's about 1/2 in in diameter. Is it necessary to get it removed? Will having it cause damage to my nerves or tendons?
I had surgery on my wrist twice since 2019 for a recurring ganglion cyst. it has been 7 months since my last one and still cannot write more than a paragraph without pain. is this normal?
