No: When the sun's uv b rays hit out skin, we turn inactive d to active vitamin d. So if you are wearing sunscreen that blocks those rays, then your body will not perform this process and you could be at risk for vitamin d deficiency. You can get a blood test to determine your vitamin d levels.
