Hello , i been notice under my lower back, (buttcrack,) lwhite extra skin, not sure hot to call it callous when its a lot a can peel it off a little , but is kind of hard, i tried vitamin e cream and nothing help , any suggestions please :?

You should see a doctor, perhaps a dermatologist, in order to have this evaluated. A diagnosis cannot be made without examining the area. Once it is examined, it can be diagnosed and then a treatment can be recommended. If your primary care doctor cannot diagnose it, a referral to a dermatologist can be made. Good luck to you!
