I m 20 years old i had a very fair skin 3 years ago so i m getting dark day by day. are there any vitamin pills or creams to be fair?

Darker skin: If you mean that you are showing brown blotches on your face, the condition may be melasma. It is due to sunlight, family history, Estrogens such as being female or birth control pills and pregnancy. You could consider trying a bleaching cream containing hydroquinone but you need to have the problem diagnosed first.
