Varies individually: Gallstones can be asymptomatic. If concurrent inflammation occurs can have right upper quadrant pain, nausea, vomiting, back pain, sometimes chest pain, often related to eating fat containing foods. Sometimes stone if large enough and obstruct gall bladder duct or common bile duct. Jaundice may result form common bile duct obstruction. If symptomatic should consult your doctor.
