While having normal check up for my mom,doctor found 2 stones 1mm each in gall bladder. but she is having no pain no symptom. do we need to worry?

No worry: Tiny findings on an ultrasound of the gallbladder &#40;I presume&#41;, without any symptoms, can be left alone and observed. But, this also depends on why tests were being performed on her gallbladder. She should check with her own doctor to be sure.
