Yes: Every multivitamin contains both vit. E and vit c (as well as a, b complex, d etc.) so of course they are ok to take together. Because vit. E is fat soluble it's better absorbed after a meal. I strongly advise natural e (d-alpha tocopherol) with mixed tocopherols and avoiding synthetic e (dl-alpha tocopherol) as studies suggest that synthetic e may do more harm than good!
