Vitamins: Yes, look at the labels of most over the counter multiple vitamins. They contain this combination. Just don't overdo the dose. Fat soluble vitamins can accumulate in and hurt the liver.

Yes: Vitamins A, D, and E are considered fat soluble vitamins and are absorbed better by the GI tract with food. Water soluble vitamins do not need any food to get absorbed.
