You expected this.: You and your bf must know that any responsible advice will be: never neglect to use protection until you are absolutely sure that it will be okay to become pregnant and that there is no chance of an std. It may not be likely that either has happened, but it is not impossible. The dull pain may not be related at all, but see your doctor, get tested as soon as recommended for preg & stds & be safe!
