Meat -- but...: Skeletal muscle uses all the required vitamins to maintain a high level of energy use. Please forgive my frankness. You're almost an adult. You have better things to do than obsess about vitamins. Eat sensibly with plenty of fruits / vegetables, take an economical vitamin-mineral tablet if you tend to worry, and get on with learning, working, loving, athletics, and enjoying youth.
