Vag d/c -- see doc: The vagina can release gas normally -- gas can get in via partnered sex, some forms of masturbation, general movement like yoga, etc. Unless there's a fistula between it and your anus there should be no direct relation to intestinal gas. But if you're still having a "weird smelling liquid" coming from your vagina after treatment for bv, it's time to see your doctor for a re-check.

Get Checked by Doc: Is strongly encourage you to see your doctor again. Your doctor--ob/gyn or family doctor--should be able to diagnose the specific issue. I would not recommend trying to treat something yourself as you be incorrect, delay the diagnosis, or even make an infection worse if treated improperly.
