Lead healthy lifesty: Ibs - irritable bowel syndrome? Bv - ? Anyway, i'll presume you have a sensitive GI system, and poor immunity defenses against viruses 'colds'. Leading a healthy lifestyle--adequate hydration, some regular physical activity-such as a daily 2 mile walk, adequate, restful sleep--are key. Vitamin c, 500 mg twice daily and a good multivitamin may also be helpful.
