Possible, not likely: While it is possible, high myopia tends to progress somewhat as we age, rather than reverse, although it can happen. As long as the condition continues to progress, the best option is to keep up with glasses or contact lenses. If and when the prescription stabilizes, you may wish to consider lasik surgery, if you are a candidate.
