Not clear: Although B12 is water soluble, it is stored in the liver. 2500 mgs is thousands of times more B12 than is recommended daily in the absence of deficiency. Under number circumstances, the body loses only .1% of B12 daily and it takes 3-5 years to lose it all. No known benefits from such high dosages so save your money.
