It's possible, but: It's possible, but most often high blood pressure is asymptomatic. However, if you have any suspicion at all, you should check your blood pressure, you can do that at any walmart, target, walgreens, or cvs.

Symptoms: The combination of chest pain, earache and headache are probably not due to blood pressure but are more likely something inflammatory or infectious.
