Tell your doctor.: Is your heart rate always that low? Some of your blood pressure readings are low as well. The fact that you have chest pain & dizziness with exercise is concerning. I agree with earlier recommendation. Please let your prescribing doctor know promptly and hold off on the exercise until then.
