Can breast canser look like a small pimple?

Not Usually: Inflammatory breast cancer is an aggressive type of breast cancer that grows very rapidly and invades the lymphatics of the skin of the breast, giving the appearance of a breast infection; the breast is often red, swollen, tender, with a rash--it rarely looks like a small pimple. Usually a pimple on the breast is just that. When in doubt, it's best to see your doctor.
