Unlikely: this presentation would be very unusual for breast cancer. dimpling, lump, asymmetry are common to initiate a work up. if this goes away i would loose any sleep. hope this helps

Probable cyst: Sounds like pimple was in the skin of the breast and not arising within breast tissue. It is not uncommon to have lesions arise in the skin of the breast. Other than for some rare inflammatory tumors, the cyst like growths are usually sebaceous in origin and have what appears to be a whitehead which when poped may relaease some sebaceous material.
