No: I am not aware of breast pimples being associated with breast cancer in the traditional sense.

Typically not: Pimples are usually not a sign. Most cancers are either detected during self breast exams as a "lump", or on mammogram when they are too small to feel. One type of breast cancer, inflammatory breast cancer, CAN present with skin changes called Peau d'orange (dimpling of the skin that looks like an orange peel) It can also cause nipple retraction. If you have these symptoms see your doctor ASAP.
