Get a mammo and US.: Sorry, I'm very skittish when it comes to findings on the breast. And there are skin changes associated with breast cancer. I'm not saying you have cancer, believe me. Chances are great that you don't. But I'd be safe and get tested, especially if breast cancer runs on your family. Better to be safe.

I doubt cancer: You should have your physician send you to a dermatologist. I suspect this is benign from your description.
