Antihistamines: There is some literature that suggests that antihistamines can assist with implantation rates after embryo transfer, so i suspect it would be alright. I would still, however, discuss this with your ivf doctor.

Best to ask: Your gynecologist...Usually in the first trimester they recommend to take no medications...But see what they say..And ask your allergist.
