Cool bath may help.: Roseola rash is generally not itchy and lasts about 3 days. Itchy rash sounds more an like allergic reaction or urticaria that can come as a result of infection, so if rash doesn't clear in 3 days, please get evaluation. Continue antihistamine. Sometimes topical lotions that leave the skin feeling cool also is effective.
