Depends: This depends on what you mean by testicle surgery. The general rules for surgery in the scrotal region would be to avoid heavy lifting x 4 weeks, wear a scrotal support for 10 days to 3 weeks. Use ice during the firs 48 hours following surgery. No straining for bowel function or other reasons. Keep area dry and clean daily and gently.
