Coma: You will have no memory for the time in coma since coma is characterized by unconscious, unawareness and there is no laying down memory treacces during that time.

Possibly: It depends on what the reason for the coma is. You wont have any memory of the coma itself, but depending on if you had a head injury or if any part of your brain was affected, then you could have various forms of amnesia.
