Forget the fever...: It's other things that matter: cranky, coughing, throwing up, no appetite? That, along with the fever, t drive the decision to see the doctor. "shaking and throwing up" are the perts that really got my attention. Having said that, most people do try to have a febrile child checked as soon as they can.
