My 15 month old baby has a high fever and keeps throwing up, does not want to eat or drink.

Some basics: Feed the kid some ice chips to settle the stomach. Small frequent amounts or sips of fluid are more likely to stay down than large volumes that stretch an irritated stomach. Take the temperature & give fever meds if "high". If the kid doesn't pee at least every 8 hrs it needs to be seen. If things calm down you can increase fluid volume slowly.
