Can you get hiv from ivf with donor gamete?

HIGHLY Unlikely: I believe these are tested for hiv/hepc and these tests are incredibly good..Thus your chance of HIV infection through these procedures is probably as low as your chance of hitting the megamillions. If you are seeking ivf, best of luck.

HIV in IVF: It is indeed possible to transimit HIV during ivf of a donor gamete that is HIV +. Screening and preparation can reduce the risk.

Theoretically: Although it is theoretically possible, the chances are very low. I screen donors twice with HIV testing before using their eggs. So it should never occur.
