Not from stress: I can tell you they are not from stress, but i can't tell you if they are from bed bugs or not. Perhaps you should collect some of the critters and take them to your family doc or a dermatologist for identification and further elucidation as to the cause of the rash. Agree wi last : response. These lesions would need to be examined, a history obtained & other tests may be necessary in order to diagnose them.
