Likely normal: Physical and emotional stress can cause alterations in your cycle. If this is unusual for you and not recurrent don't be overly concerned however if it becomes a pattern you should be evaluated.

Normal response: You didn't mention your age but anovulatory cycles are very common in young women leading to irregular cycles such that some are "early" while others are "late" by a few days. If you're truly a virgin (not by just a technical definition), then we don't have worry about pregnancy, right? In other words, you're normal. But if still concerned, go c ur doc re thyroid disease & stress as common causes.
