Dandruff: There is benign condition of skin sloughing off from the scalp and make you uncomfortable . The most important thing to make sure is that it is not fungal infection in which case , you require specific antifungal medication . For simple skin flecking , using anti- dandruff shampoo is something to start with . Good luck.
