If u are 40 weeks: Time to get delivered non of my pts want to go past 40 weeks, the ideal time to deliver for the baby is 39-40 weeks, please call your OB to make sure everything is ok , easy and safe when done properly to indcuc and induction in my hands has saved many from csection that would have occurred for a variety of reasons if they had not beed induced, not worth the possible consequences to past due date.
