Yes: Hand eczema is not cured, but treated with a graded approach. Avoidance of irritants ( hot water, detergents, soaps, solvents) and drying, application of non sensitizing moisturizers and graded application of topical steroids.

Agree with Dr. F: The "eczema " may be contact dermatitis from exposure to chemicals, plants, and vapors in your environment. In addition to consulting a dermatologist, seeing an allergist may be useful.
