since 2 weeks, i suffer from left knee pain whenever there's too much motion in it ( walking, siting...) it happened suddently and sometime hurt badly?

Take nsaids: Did you twist your knee? If not, try Ibuprofen for the pain.If this pain does not go away, i suggest you see a doctor for evaluation.

Variable: Not normal for a 21 year old...Go to your doctor or an orthopedist.
