sprained knee? twisted while walking dog. bit of swelling. pain is 7-8/10. range of motion is limited. now calf hurts, muscle is tight can't stretch.

Could be: ligament tear or meniscus tear of knee. Calf pain could be DVT, which could lead to fatal pulmonary embolism. It is best to see a doctor asap for these problems.
