I am 20 years old and i still get irregular periods, is it normal?

Yes it might be: During your younger reproductive years, it is not unusual to have some cycle irregularity. By age 20, most women fall into a regular pattern, though. You should talk to your ob/gyn about the irregularity and ask about testing for thyroid disease.
