i've had my period for 4 years, & it's still irregular! now i get it a lot more frequently, but i still don't get it once a month. is this normal?

Hormonal irregularit: Many factors can influence your cycles. Diet, weight changes, stress, medications to name a few. Depending on your age and how long your symptoms have been present, a further/complete work-up may be in order. Follow up with your ob/gyn is prudent here.

It can be: Not everyone gets their period every 28 days. Don't worry overly much if you get yours more or less often than this. Most women do NOT get theirs like clockwork. :)
