Cut on the back of my.foot how to wear shoes?

Prevent: Friction which will delay healing needs to stop so wear an open backed shoe like clog or pad it very well after covering cut.

Padding: You can get adhesive felt pads and apply them around the cut. In this way the shoe only touches the pad and not the cut. Keep a bandaide over the cut as well.
