Should be fine: Most mono is due to the eb virus and your past infection provides you with antibody protection to any recurrence.If yours or his is from a non eb virus, there may be some risk of spread. Nonetheless, a person is usually contagious before they realize they are sick, so you likely already had enough exposure to develop a case.Enjoy each other during the process.
