No.: Blood in the urine is common with kidney stones, but since urine and stool don't mix in the body, kidney stones should not produce blood in the stool.

Stones and BM: Kidney stones should not cause blood from rectum -- however, if you are bleeding thru bladder, then blood could enter toilet same time as a BM.
