Arteries all about =: All arteries have about the same concentration of oxygen. It is really at the tissue and capillary level where the concentration of oxygen drops. If i had to say an artery with highest i would say the aorta.

Arteries: Arteries carry blood that has passed through the lungs to increase it's oxygenation (oxygen content). The pulmonary vein carries the oxygenated blood from the lungs to the left atrium. As arterial blood circulates thoughout the body, the oxygen is extracted and the venous blood is returned to the right side of the heart. Arterial oxygen content is around 98% and venous 70%.
