Blood Pressure same.: Theoretically the blood pressure should be the same in every artery in the body. Without getting too detailed, the blood pressure can change in different arteries due to narrowing, plaque, calcifications, recoil ability, resistance of area that the artery is feeding or whether or not the artery is going to an organ or to the arms or legs. A blockage in front of an artery will reduce the pressure.
