Does echinacea help neuropathy ?

No good evidence: Echinacea has been used orally to stimulate the immune system of the body. Echinacea is most commonly used in the treatment of the common cold.Echinacea is not recommended for use by people with multiple sclerosis. There is some scientific evidence that echinacea can reduce the symptoms of cold or flu if started when the symptoms are first noticed and continued for 7-10 days. Not much else.

No supporting : Evidence. There is no supporting evidence to suggest efficacy. Best way to help neuropathy, or slow progression really, is to control underlying issues causing the neuropathy.
