Probably Not: Might help some but b-vitamins like folate (folic acid), (folic acid) b-12 and b-6 are most likely to help. Get your homocysteine level checked to make sure that your body can use standard folate (folic acid) and b-12-about 30 to 40% can't and need the the methyl form of both of these. If your neuropathy is diabetes related, better control of your blood sugar may help, also. Discuss with your doctor as these issues are complex.

Alpha Lipoic Acid: A natural supplement called Alpha lipoic acid is used to help the nerves damaged by neuropathy. One needs to take a therapeutic dose - 1200 mg daily. Ask your doc about it.
