It cannot: It cannot cause neuropathy but a fracture from osteoporosis can rarely.

No, there is: No association between osteoporosis and neuropathy with the exception of either trauma that could lead to nerve damage after fractures, or underlying metabolic issues which can increase progression of each separately, such as malabsorbtion issues.
