No: No. There is little you can do to shrink a nodule. Some docs put you on levothyroxine to "rest" the thyroid in the hopes it will shrink, but it usually does not work. If the nodule is benign (needs ultrasound and biopsy), don't worry about it. See your endocrinologist.

Can thyroid nodules shrink over time? Nodule in 2016 was 3.49cm. As of today, nodule is 2.9cm. FNA says nodule on right lobe is heterogeneous, honeycomb pattern. Does this mean nodule is stable and shrinking on its own? Thank you, Elizabeth?
