If you have pcos with cysts must these be removed before starting ivf ?

Usually not.: Cysts from polycystic ovarian syndrome are usually very small no larger than 6 to 8 to 10 mm in size. If there are cysts present that are much larger then these at times need to be drained or remove before in vitro fertilization.

No: Each of the cysts contain an egg. The do not need to be removed.
