Possibly.: It depends on the cause of the foot drop. If it is from a nerve that is permanently damaged you could qualify. If it is from a condition that can be rehabilitated, probably not. It also depends on whom that disability is from.

You should not: Patients with foot drop are often able to recover, or wear a brace to accommodate for their weakness. The vast majority are capable of working fulltime and lead productive, quality lives.

No: A foot drop can be compensated for by an orthotic device. It may not even be a medically definable impairment, and if it were, it would probably be rated non-severe.
