Maybe... : Some people have 1 or more panic attacks then never again. Others have them til skills r learned in therapy. Fear of an attack can bring one on. Panic is from adrenaline, which is instant on but also instant off in 10-15 mins unless u tell yrself it's a catastrophe, triggering more & more adrenaline. Breathe w more focus on exhale for 10-15 mins & let it pass. It may help. If not see a therapist.
